These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our Products

Every clutch bag is individually handmade to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in stitching, design and finish are part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display colours accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Made-to-order products

All clutch bags are made to order after your purchase is received and individually made for you.

As such they are exempt from the statutory 14-day cancellation period under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or damaged.

Prices & Payment

All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Payment is required in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Production & Delivery 

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance only.

Delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrived damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • photographs showing the issue; and
  • a brief description of the problem.

Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.

Privacy

Any personal information you provide will only be used to process your order and provide customer service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
