Shipping policy

Production lead times

All clutch bags are made to order and handmade. 

Due to this process, the production time may take up to 30 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

This timeframe reflects the time required to:

• manufacture the bag;
• prepare the order; and
• dispatch the order.

By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this timeframe.

Made-to-Order 

As all clutch bags are made to order individually for each customer, orders are therefore final and can not be cancelled once payment is made.

Delivery delays

Delivery times are handled by external carriers. A delivery delay does not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund. 

Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for the information provided when placing the order. In the event of:

• parcel not collected within the time limit;
• incorrect or incomplete address;
• pickup point at capacity and returned to sender; or
• parcel refused without valid reason.

The shipping costs will be entirely borne by the customer, and no refund may be issued in these situations.
